01 / OVERVIEW

Overview

Field-ready hardware, documented deployment and engineering support from NEXA.

Shenzhen Jinshengchang Technology Co., Ltd. provides waterproof fuel monitoring GPS trackers for commercial vehicles, transport fleets and equipment management projects. The device combines vehicle positioning with compatible external fuel sensor integration, helping operators review where a vehicle travelled and how its recorded fuel level changed during operation.

Designed for hardwired installation, the tracker connects to the vehicle’s electrical system and uploads supported positioning, ignition and sensor data to a management platform through a compatible cellular network. Fleet managers can review vehicle locations, movement history and fuel records from a connected dashboard.

When paired with an appropriate fuel level sensor, the system can record tank-level changes and support the analysis of refuelling events, unusual fuel drops and consumption trends. Fuel monitoring requires sensor compatibility checks, correct installation and tank calibration.

The waterproof enclosure supports installations where moisture and dust exposure are expected. Installation location, cable connections and sealing methods must match the selected model’s verified protection rating.

Jinshengchang supports OEM/ODM projects for fleet service providers, distributors and vehicle management platforms, including communication configuration, firmware development and sensor data integration.

“Waterproof hardwired fuel GPS tracker with external fuel sensor support, ACC detection, movement history, geofence alerts and OEM/ODM options.”

06 / FAQ

FAQ

Field-ready hardware, documented deployment and engineering support from NEXA.

Does the GPS tracker measure fuel by itself$1
The tracker collects and transmits data. Fuel monitoring requires a compatible external sensor or a supported vehicle data source. GPS location alone cannot measure fuel remaining in the tank.
Which fuel sensors can be connected$2
Compatibility depends on the tracker’s interfaces and firmware. A sensor must be checked for electrical requirements, communication protocol, output range and installation requirements before selection.
Can it work with a Bluetooth capacitive fuel sensor$3
A version with compatible Bluetooth hardware and sensor protocol support can be evaluated. Bluetooth availability alone does not establish compatibility with every Bluetooth fuel sensor.
Can the system detect fuel theft$4
The platform can flag unusual fuel drops when suitable sensor data and event rules are available. An alert identifies an event for investigation; tank movement, parking angle, sensor faults and maintenance can also affect readings.
Can it record refuelling events$5
With calibrated fuel data and suitable event logic, the platform can identify increases in fuel level and estimate the added volume. Detection depends on reporting frequency, sensor stability and the size of the change.
How accurate is fuel monitoring$6
Accuracy depends on the sensor, tank geometry, calibration quality and operating conditions. The complete installed system should be validated against known fuel quantities before an accuracy figure is stated.
Can a waterproof tracker be installed underneath a vehicle$7
Suitability depends on the verified enclosure rating, connector protection and exposure to road spray, pressure washing, heat and impact. The mounting position must be assessed for the selected model.
Can it monitor a vehicle with two fuel tanks$8
This requires sufficient sensor connections and platform support for separate tank records or a combined total. Tank arrangement and any fuel transfer must be considered during configuration.
Can it calculate fuel consumption per 100 kilometres$9
The platform can calculate this when reliable distance data and a suitable fuel-consumption data source are available. Calculations based on tank-level changes must account for refuelling events and measurement variation.
Can it monitor ignition and idling$10
A supported ACC connection can provide ignition status. The platform can combine ignition status with movement data to identify periods when ignition is on and the vehicle is stationary. Direct engine-running confirmation requires an appropriate data source.
Can it connect to our existing fleet platform$11
Integration can be assessed using your required device protocol, fuel-data fields, server connection method and command functions. Sample data should be verified before production deployment.
What information is needed for a quotation$12
Please provide the destination country, vehicle types, order quantity, supply voltage, number of fuel tanks, preferred sensor type, required reports and platform integration requirements.
