The device combines satellite positioning, wireless communication and a rechargeable battery to provide location visibility without a permanent connection to the asset’s electrical system.
The magnetic mounting design allows attachment to suitable ferromagnetic surfaces, helping simplify installation and device relocation. Mounting suitability depends on surface material, thickness, cleanliness, vibration and operating conditions. A secondary restraint may be required for exposed or demanding installations.
Users can check reported asset locations, review movement history and manage configured notifications through a compatible tracking platform. Location timestamps help operators distinguish recent updates from older records when an asset is stationary, outside coverage or operating on a longer reporting schedule.
Configurable positioning and upload intervals allow the device to support different asset management needs. Where supported, motion-related operating modes can reduce reporting while an asset is stationary and increase visibility during movement.
