Resumen

Hardware para campo, despliegue documentado y soporte técnico de NEXA.

Shenzhen Jinshengchang Technology Co., Ltd. provides GPS electronic container seals for logistics operators, cargo owners and tracking solution providers. The device combines location reporting with electronic seal-status monitoring to support visibility during cargo transportation and handover.

Installed on a compatible container door or cargo closure, the electronic seal associates a device identity with a shipment. Depending on the selected hardware, it can monitor seal-circuit continuity, closure status or other supported tamper conditions and report corresponding events to a management platform.

Location records help operators review where a container was last reported, while seal events provide additional information about its security status. When combined with shipment details, device identification and timestamps, these records can support the investigation of unexpected events and discrepancies during handover.

The system can be configured for different transport schedules and reporting requirements. Satellite positioning determines location where suitable signals are available, while cellular versions require supported mobile coverage to upload data.

Jinshengchang supports OEM/ODM projects covering device branding, firmware behavior, seal accessories and logistics platform integration. The selected configuration should match the container type, transport route, journey duration and required operating procedure.

FAQ

Hardware para campo, despliegue documentado y soporte técnico de NEXA.

What is a GPS electronic container seal$1
It combines location tracking with electronic monitoring of a supported seal condition, helping operators review container movements and seal events in one system.
Is it the same as an electronic container lock$2
The opening mechanism determines the product type. An electronic seal may record interruption of a disposable seal element, while an electronic lock may include a reusable controlled locking mechanism. Confirm the selected model.
Can it detect a cut sealing cable$3
A version designed to monitor cable-circuit continuity can detect a supported interruption condition. Behaviour, event timing and resistance to bypass require model-specific testing.
Will every unauthorised opening trigger an alert$4
Detection is limited to the installed sensing mechanism. An event that does not affect the monitored seal or sensor may not be detected. Correct installation and physical inspection remain part of the procedure.
Does it prevent cargo theft$5
It provides tracking and supported security-event information. Physical resistance depends on the seal structure and materials. An alert supports investigation; it does not guarantee that access or theft will be prevented.
Can it report an event immediately$6
Upload timing depends on event detection, firmware, network availability and platform processing. Immediate remote notification cannot be assured without communication.
Does it work during an ocean voyage$7
A cellular version requires compatible mobile coverage, which may be unavailable offshore. Satellite data transmission is a separate capability and must be explicitly specified.
Can it locate a container inside a stack$8
Metal structures and stacking can obstruct satellite and cellular signals. Test the mounting position and representative terminal conditions before deployment.
Can the electronic seal be reused$9
This depends on design. Some products reuse the electronic unit while replacing a disposable seal component; others use a reusable closure. Inspection and replacement must match the model.
Does it support remote unlocking$10
Remote unlocking requires an appropriate locking mechanism, control hardware and authorisation workflow. Do not assume it from GPS tracking or seal monitoring alone.
Does it meet customs or high-security seal requirements$11
Any required certification, standard or customs approval must be verified against the exact model and documents. GPS tracking alone does not establish compliance.
How long does the battery last$12
Runtime depends on capacity, reporting intervals, event frequency, network and temperature. Test a journey-specific profile before stating a deployment duration.
Can it connect to our logistics platform$13
Integration can be assessed using the device protocol, container identifiers, seal-event fields, timestamps and server connection method. Sample data should be verified before deployment.
What information is needed for a quotation$14
Container type, transport routes, journey duration, quantity, preferred seal structure, required tamper events, reporting interval and platform integration requirements.
