The smart three-way water valve combines a three-port valve body with an electric actuator to control water routing in irrigation and water distribution systems. With a compatible controller, operators can switch designated water paths without manually adjusting the valve at each installation point.

Motorized actuator switches water paths with less manual operation. Remote switching with a compatible controller. Scheduled irrigation and multi-zone sequencing. Distributes water to selected branches in a properly designed system. Optional valve-position feedback for controller status. Can use soil, pressure or flow sensor rules when supported. LoRa/4G system communication by project. Multiple valve/actuator configurations for different sites.

The valve can be incorporated into agricultural irrigation, greenhouse watering, landscape maintenance and other suitable water management projects. Scheduled operation and remote commands are implemented through the selected control system.

The internal flow pattern determines which ports can connect and how water passes through the valve. Selection must consider the required routing sequence, pipe size, operating pressure and available power supply.

The system can use a LoRa/4G communication controller. The 2–4 km coverage and 60+ valves per gateway shown in the image are system-level references; actual performance depends on the gateway, controller, site obstruction and network design, not a single-valve guarantee.

Can it supply two outlets at once$1

This depends on the internal flow pattern and permitted positions. A three-port valve does not automatically support every port combination; check the flow diagram.

Can flow be adjusted continuously$2

Only a valve and actuator designed for modulating control should be used. A switching actuator is not a precise flow regulator.

Does it measure water consumption$3

Water measurement requires a flow meter or a metering function specifically included in the selected product.

Does remote control need a gateway$4

It depends on the communication architecture. LoRaWAN normally needs a compatible gateway; other options have different requirements.

What happens on power loss$5

It depends on the actuator design. Confirm whether the valve retains position or moves to a defined return position.

Can it be used for drinking water$6

Only when the materials and applicable approvals are suitable for potable-water service.
